Their contributions are indispensable to our company's achievements. By fostering a culture of collaboration, we ensure that every aspect of our projects is executed with precision and efficiency, ultimately leading to successful outcomes.
Before being approved to work with JiJ Construction, all subcontractors must provide valid documentation, including insurance, license, and a completed W-9. JiJ Construction Corp must be listed as Additional Insured on all insurance certificates.​

Minimum $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate
JiJ Construction Corp must be listed as Additional Insured

Workers' Compensation Insurance: Certification Holder Name Must Be JiJ Construction Corp. Waiver of Subrogation must be provided.

Auto Insurance: Certification Holder Name must be JiJ Construction Corp

If you hold a Florida Contractor License, include the number and trade type.

If your trade does not require a license (e.g., painter, installer), submit a valid certification, training proof, past project references, or a written summary of your experience.

Safety Requirements

At JiJ Construction, safety is non-negotiable. All subcontractors and their crews are expected to follow OSHA guidelines and site-specific safety protocols at all times.

Required PPE includes:

Hard hat

Safety vest (high-visibility)

Work boots (slip-resistant, steel toe preferred)

Safety glasses

Gloves (appropriate for the task)

Hearing protection when required

Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the site.
