Labor/Painter

The ideal candidate will have experience in painting residential and commercial properties, as well as: working independently, completing projects by designated due dates, taking care of clean-up, and the ability to observe safety precautions.

Responsibilities

  • Use appropriate equipment and supplies.

  • Set up a workspace to minimize dust and avoid spills and accidents.

  • Adhere to safety regulations.

  • Follow state-specific regulations.

  • Carry out instructions from the superintendent.

  • Apply paint to walls.

  • Carefully retouch areas that need to be reapplied.

  • Follow directions from the customer.
